Membership in Midnight Memory Studios is done by auditions, auditions are held whenever it feels like we should open. Once auditions are done every editor is picked based on their editing skill, willingness to learn, work with others, and their ability to accept other people's ideas. I will judge submitted videos for auditions based on a rubric made up by me. We will never take a new member based on their subscribers or their popularity in the community.
We are never a dull studio, each studio member has something new to bring to the palette, whether it's their humor, personality, or style, we all bring something new.
MMS is not made up of super popular editors, it is made up of new editors, old editors, WMM editors, Sony Vegas Editors, and many others.
In MMS we frown upon people who think they are better because of the number of people subscribed to them on their account, we are all equal here in the studio.
Colors, like features, follow the changes of the emotions.
